Terms

By playing Hunchpad you agree to these terms.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older, or older if your country requires it.

Be a decent human

• No hateful, sexual, violent or illegal drawings, names, guesses or messages.
• No harassing, threatening or impersonating other players.
• No cheating, bots, spam, or attempts to break, overload or attack the service.

Our chat filter catches some bad words, not all. If someone breaks these rules, tell us. We may block players or close rooms that do, without warning.

Your drawings and messages

What you draw and type is yours. By playing, you let Hunchpad show it to the other players in your room. Don't share things you don't have the right to.

The service

Hunchpad is free and provided as is. Rooms can drop, games can be interrupted, and we may change or shut down features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
