You never sign up or log in. Hunchpad uses no cookies, no analytics and no ads.

What stays in your browser

Your name, avatar and a few settings (like your drawing colours) are saved in your browser so they're there next time. Each tab also keeps a short-lived session so you can rejoin a room after a reload. Clear this site's data in your browser to remove them.

What happens when you play

When you join a room, your name, avatar, drawings, guesses and chat messages go to our game server, which passes them to the other players in that room. Rooms live only in the server's memory: when a room empties, everything in it is gone. We don't save your drawings, guesses or messages.

Public rooms are full of strangers. Anything you draw or type there can be seen, and screenshotted, by them.

Server logs

The website is served by Cloudflare and the game runs on a rented server. Both see your IP address and basic request details. We use these only to run the game and protect it from abuse, and delete the game server's logs after 14 days.

Your rights

We handle this data because we need it to run the game. You can ask us to see or delete anything we hold about you, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

You must be 13 or older to play, or older if your country requires it.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
